We call this property Dolphin Watch One. Watch carefully from the balcony and you'll see dolpins playing in the surf. If you're in or on the water, they'll sometimes come within a few feet to get a better look at you.

 

Large, luxurious and new to the vacation rental market with all new furnishings, towels and linens. Nearly everything has been updated and/or reconditioned and its clean, clean, clean.

 

     

 

 

Our greeter, Xina will welcome you and make sure that you're all settled in. Cleaning staff is available seven days a week for an additional charge. We also have three different handy/maintenance men on call should you need them during your stay. Twenty four hour gatehouse and security, too.

 

     

 

 

After evaluating dozens of units up and down Sand Key, Sharon and I have determined that this floor plan works the best for either long or short stays with direct Gulf views and beach access.



 

     

 

 

Lighthouse Towers is the only highrise development we know of that has full sun on the pool area ALL day long.

--Updated kitchen with solid surface countertops; breakfast bar; deep sink; large frig; ice maker; range; oven; pantry and all the kitchen/dining utensils you'll need.

--Gathering room (living/dining) has a large flat panel TV; blue ray player; 12 foot wide floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a fully furnished balcony and wonderful views of the Gulf and the most spectacular sunsets you'll see anywhere.

  

     

 

Not much need for a car since the trolly on Gulf Blvd runs about every 10-15 minutes. It will take you south about 15 to 20 miles to St. Pete; north to Clearwater Beach and over to downtown Clearwater.


There is always something going on... music festivals; off shore racing; grand prix; live theater; volley ball; tournaments; excursions; and much much more.
